Because it uses shuttle sort, if we are asked to show the amount of comparisons and swaps, how would we know if we don't record the table?

Are you allowed to shuttle short the end if it asks you to specifically use shell short?

During your second pass, you wrote the 2 sub lists separately after you did the shell sort to them both in your head, then after you combined them, writing it in red pen, is it okay to only write the line you wrote in red?
