not sure if you didnt know, or just wanted to simplify things, but just wanna correct the fact when you were saying downgrade to 10.4, as the terms firmware and native firm are often confused. firmware is yes the 3ds firmware, but nfirm is a part of that firmware, that only gets updated every so often. the 11.1 nfirm though prevents the downgrade of the console by not allowing any system titles to revert to a later version. Using the dsiware game though, you can change the 11.1 nfirm out with the 10.4 nfirm, which isnt exactly a system title or cia. So then the 3ds forgets to check the downgrade and let's it happen.

11.2 might not be downgradable for a while, if you've been following the current downgrade capabilities, you should have known better to not update your 3ds to 11.2. I'm currently making a step by step tutorial on this new waithax downgrade. Il upload it when it's done, couple more hours. Stay tuned to my channel.

i used to play alot with cyanogen mod at my android phones.... What i learned is no matter how many versions they had, it was always buggy cause not enough ppl working on it.
I BET same stands for nintendo 3ds "downgrade + hacks"
