The plaintiff allowed her son and daughter-in-law to move into her home, but she says they caused nothing but problems. While living together, the plaintiff says her daughter-in-law assaulted her more than once, and the police had to get involved. The plaintiff claims she gave her son money to pay off a creditor, but her son hasn’t paid her back, so the plaintiff is suing her son and daughter-in-law for the unpaid loan and emotional distress. The defendants allege the plaintiff harassed them and their children, and they are countersuing for emotional distress.

Mom might be a little crazy but it’s HER HOUSE . They probably tried to run her household and she wasn’t going for ANY of that . As my granny always told me when I was younger “IF YOU EVER MOVE IN WITH SOMEBODY AND YOU DONT LIKE THEIR RULES, MOVE AND GET YOUR OWN” !!!!
