Maid-sama was the first anime i ever watched. I saw one episode on tv (because it was like the 2012) and got so interested i found the dub on YouTube, watched it back to back like 4 times. Then forgot about it. Several years later i found out it has a manga, read that back to back 3 times and came back to watch the sub.
