As someone who has pretty bad ADD/ADHD and is part of the LGBT plus community Bex is a real hero to me, seeing her embrace who she is really makes me believe that i can do great things even if i struggle

Couldn’t relate to this more. As a slow person, you’re instantly assumed by other people that because of your learning speed, you’re really unintelligent. It’s sad, and it’s a mental hazard. Keep being inspirational, Bex ❤️❤️❤️

I'm nonbinary, omnisexual, ADHD, high possibility for dyslexia, have three different types of anxiety, and depression. Bex Taylor-Klaus is so much of an inspiration for me. They helped me understand that it's okay to be who I am. They helped me realize that I shouldn't change for anyone.

I'm crying right now, because I love Pidge and she is my Idol and Bex is Pidge's voice and she has ADHD and Anxiety and just like me. And just last week I was telling my brother on how I feel not enough. Pidge is my Idol and I just Love Bex more because I can relate to her now😍😍♥️♥️

People are really excited to tell others when they have ADHD, depression and anxiety. They love talking about it. A lot of people I know dont like any advice on how to deal with it. They just want to have it and talk about having it. Good to see people talking about letting it go and telking yourself that what you are thinking in certain moments is your brain lying to you. I have been saying this forever. Dont Harp on the negative. Understand what it feels like when the negativity hits and tell yourself it is going to be ok. Deal with it using your mental abilities and dont treat it like a crutch to get you special treatment or pity.

im 11 livng with ADHD myself and being LGTQ+ and this helped me personaly i love Bex as a role model i jut hope he will understand how many people she has helped

I love Bex, they’re such an inspiration to me as a fellow non-binary person with ADD/ADHD. I wasn’t diagnosed with ADD until my second year of college. I honestly don’t know how I even graduated high school without being on meds. I still spend 60+ hours (counting me attending my classes) on schoolwork. It’s rough, but I’m getting through it. It’s uplifting to see someone who is similar to me in the acting biz.
