Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons had so many big selling recordings. They dominated in the early to late 60s. If you get a chance there is a movie about Frankie and the group called “Jersey Boys”. It’s a very good movie directed by Clint Eastwood. There is also a broadway show with the same name. Thanks for your reaction Jay. 👏👏

Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons was another group I grew up with in the 60's. They had so many great hits together such as "Sherry", "Walk Like a Man", "Candy Girl", "Let's Hang On!", "Oh, What A Night", "Working My Way Back to You", "I've Got You Under My Skin" etc. When Frankie went out on his own in the 70's, the songs "My Eyes Adored You" & "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" were big hits for him. Also he had a hit with the song "Grease" from the movie. Always loved that he was able to sing in a falsetto voice.

Frankie Valli came very close to scoring his first solo number 1 with this fabulous song. While he didn't quite make it, he would later have a of number 1 hits in the 1970s with "My Eyes Adored You" and " Grease." The latter of course is the theme to the film, "Grease."
