Trick to Remove AirPod Pro Ear Tip Easily for 2nd and 1st generation

Here is a trick you can use to remove the Apple AirPod Pro tip easily. All you need is a paper towel. Wrap the paper towel around the silicon tip and pull. It should come off easily with this method. When your AirPod Pro tips are new the tips may be on the AirPod very firmly, this will help remove stuck AIrPod tips.

This trick helps to prevent damaging or ripping the silicon. I hope this helps!

LIFE SAVER. I tried to remove the tip off of my old pair and wound up ripping out the black screen and white screen (don’t know the exact names) of the single airpod.

I ordered a new pair and went straight to YouTube for tips. The paper towel was an different approach, but hey it worked! (I replaced the silicone with Comply ear foams because I don’t like the suction feel of the silicone and feel that Comply tips eliminate that. But hey, to each their own. 😉 )

I did this - worked beautifully - but not before I’d pulled and tugged with my finger nails leaving a hairline rip /tear on the base of the silicone ear tip. I hope the tear won’t interfere with its functioning. Wish i found your video sooner. Thanks ❤😢

That still didn't work with mine. Ended up returning them because the medium size it comes fitted with didn't work, and even using this trick I still couldn't remove it without damage. Bad design.
