2.. it is known to you Hon'ble Prime minister that democratic fighters against draconian Emergency 1975-7are facing injustice and discrimination at National level even after 49 years due to political reasons.
3.. Hon'ble Prime minister Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific states like Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh, Uttarpradesh, Bihar etc have given honour & facilities & Monthly pension scheme to Emergency detainees.
4.. govt of Madhya Pradesh gives 30000 /- rupees per month to Emergency detainees. Govt of Uttar Pradesh gives " guard of honour" to Emergency detainees even after death. But Emergency detainees in many states are deprived of this even after 49 years...most of democratic Fighters against Emergency are facing hardships in old age they need your attention and help.
5. Hon'ble Prime minister you alone have Power to end this injustice and discrimination at National level.
6.. Hope in Budget presented by govt tomorrow, Hon'ble finance minister will announce some schemes like freedom fighters at National level for fighters against draconian Emergency or Emergency detainees...
7.. fight against Emergency was largest civil liberty movement of the world history and it is not less important than freedom struggle of India for the revival and survival of Indian democracy.
8..since Indian parliament has passed resolution against Emergency, hon'ble president in her speech in joint session of parliament has spoken that " Emergency imposed on India was unconstitutional" Hon'ble vice President, Hon'ble loksabha speaker, Hon'ble cabinet ministers have spoken about atrocities committed by Congress government on Emergency detainees during Emergency so we see hope that you will not disappoint Emergency detainees at National level.
9... It is historical necessity and duty and obligations of your govt to grant freedom fighters status to fighters against Emergency at National level.
