Laravel 11 Expected Release Date is on Q1 2024 i.e. the first quarter of Year 2024.

Laravel 11 will be the next version of Laravel, and it is expected to be released in the month of Jan, Feb or March 2024.

Laravel 11 Bug fixes support is until August 5th, 2025

Laravel 11 Security fixes support is until February 3rd, 2026

For general releases, bug fixes are provided for 18 months and security fixes are provided for 2 years.

For LTS releases, bug fixes are provided for 2 years and security fixes are provided for 3 years

LTS means Long Term Support that provides the longest window of support and maintenance.

PHP Version Update

Laravel 11 requires the minimum version of PHP 8.2

The PHP 8.2 requirement is because Laravel 11 is solely dependent on Symfony’s latest v6.0 release, which depends on PHP 8. So PHP version must be ≥ 8.2 for Laravel 11
