I actually have a 5900x and it is game changing. Still have to upgrade the rtx 2070 in the fall next year (after refreshes and stocks normalize).

Re other comments: There's zero point criticising a sponsored video for not being a review. Personally I rarely watch sponsored videos because I know I'm not going to get what I actually want to know i.e. what's wrong with the product or any comparison to competing products. In this case I watched out of curiosity and to support Andrew's channel as he's a decent bloke. Also I build hackintoshes for audio work, where Nvidia isn't an option, so it's interesting to see what kind of "mac" might be possible in the future.

For a Cyberpower PC it appears this particular model might actually be a good one to buy as Cyberpower generally aren’t known for their quality/performance/thermals when bench tested by Gamers Nexus etc. Good on Cyberpower for getting a very good system to the market. Personally, i guess the rainbow effect is kind a bit off. I prefer silver-red effect on the RGB led. Since it's full AMD system.

So CAS can’t be an only AMD thing, the exact same type of setting is in Doom Eternal which I ran with a 1070. Maybe the name is specific but the feature certainly isn’t.

I looked at cyberpower when i was considering buying a prebuilt (because you can't buy parts anywhere) and all i can say about them is WAY OVERPRICED
after swapping out the gpu for a 3080 its brought the cost of that build down to £2395 vs the similar build i ordered from box for £1860

Smart Access Memory does nothing for some games, and actually degrades performance in some games. But games going forward will disable it if they will suffer from it.
In Tom's Hardware 10 game average the 6900xt is 3 fps faster than the 6800xt at 1440p. Without comparing the results for this card to any other card those 2 games tell us nothing about the worth of the card.
