How To Identify And Remove Outliers In GraphPad Prism

In this quick video tutorial, I will show you how to use GraphPad Prism to detect and remove outliers from a dataset.

There are 3 methods in Prism to detect and remove outliers: ROUT, Grubbs' and the Iterative Grubbs'. It is recommended to use the ROUT method when there are more than 1 outliers in the dataset.

I wonder what is the best method to replace outliers. Should the missing data is tracked in the n's since the statistical power decreases as values are removed from the data table? If yes, how can we track them in the n value? Or is there any other option to perform?
