I think this is the best Unimog overlanding truck in the world, but I am a bit biased.

Join me for a guided tour of our Unimog U1250 which we use to travel around Australia, taking photos in the most remote places we can visit. It is a small truck, so that means we can take it on the tight tracks most big trucks can't fit on, yet we are fully self-contained for weeks of independent travel, and we have lived in the truck for more than nine months.

We built our Overlander on an old Unimog Road-Rail service truck chassis. It took us six years to build, and we have been doing trips to the most remote place in Australia for another six years. Once all the borders are open, we hope to take our truck around the world .

My husband and his pal Abe were duly impressed. Both being engineers were in awe of the work done, its quality and the dedication needed to achieve your goals. They are envious and also ashamed that their own car rebuilds are taking so long and not nearly as complex. A great video and interestingly narrated as well. You two are so admirable.
