How do I find recently installed programs in Windows 10? Sometimes you download an installer and click on it and it says installation successful, but it didn't leave an icon on the desktop and hence you can't find and start it any more. What can you do to find and add an icon and find the folder location, where the program was installed?

i have an issue, i am on windows 10 custom build, I have few adobe software that are not installed directly on C drive but in other drive. after few days of installing the adobe suite, its not showing in installed programs list in control panel anymore, but the programs are still there in the drive. so basically windows is not recognizing my softwares as installed programs anymore, which leads to break my software dependencies on each other. is there any way to fix it ?
