I just got my contacts and I’m soaking them and mine started to bubble fast is it safe to wear

my bubbles stop after about half an hour, does that happen to anyone else?

Just had the wierdest thing start to happen. When i put my contacts into the solution and tighten it, it turns starts bubbling and turns cloudy and bubbles out of the top. Changed to a new case same issue. Why would this happen?
