why is the tab Use Google Tag Manager not showing in my account?

In the last part you added a Trigger (Initialization - All Pages) in the GTM. My question is does it run everytime a new page is opened? Is this the right way to do it? Or should we match the Trigger with Book an appointment button on our website so that everytime that button is clicked, we get a conversion. Could you enlighten me about this as I am very new to this platform? Looking forward to your reply <3
