Do Laundry with Me: Weekly Laundry Routine | A Load a Day!

Do you want to do laundry with me? In today's video I am sharing my weekly laundry routine. This is how I do laundry every week and having a laundry routine like this helps me to keep up with my family's daily laundry.

It all starts first thing in the morning when I start at least one load of laundry, every day! Doing a load every day makes keeping up with the laundry much easier and much less time consuming than having only one or two days where you do laundry and then have huge piles to fold and put away.

I also make time to iron once a week. Usually it's on Tuesday or Wednesday when most of the clothes have been washed and I have enough ironing to last everybody through the remainder of the week. I've been doing it this way for several years and it makes ironing much less time consuming and it ensures that everybody has clean, pressed clothes to wear during the week.

By the way, I didn't realize quite how sheer the white t-shirt I was wearing was until I saw it on camera! lol I don't wear it out in public...it's just a comfy shirt I like to wear around the house.

I started doing this method in middle of last year and it definitely helped a ton. Otherwise i was drowning in loads off laundry to fold...now with one load its a breeze to fold. :) Thanks for another great video.

Bravo! I love that you routinely iron - to me there's nothing like a bunch of freshly ironed clothes! I usually iron our clothes the night before, but I used to do batch ironing like that when my husband needed a dress shirt for work every day. Loved this video!

I do a load a day too. That way, it's not overwhelming, just wash, dry, and put away a load every day. 😊 Sometimes I get behind and it reminds me why I need to do a load a day. 😝
