I'm with Ayala Land and I'm so proud to be part of this giant conglomerate that really cares for its people, its clients, and the environment.
My clients who invested in an Ayala Land property are all so happy with their investments. Ayala Land and all Ayala Group companies truly deliver.

What excites me more is the electronic chips industry of the Ayala Corp. I hope it would turn into a world class chip making company like Taiwan's TSMC

This video failed to mention that Ayala companies make up about a 3rd of the entire PH stock exchange. And that the Ayalas also used to own San Miguel Corp and Philippine Airlines before the thieving Marcos sequestered them

I’m a bit disappointed buying a condo in AMAIA. The fixtures like kitchen and bathroom faucets are so cheap and rusty. There are no kitchen and bathroom cabinets unlike when you buy in the US, they are included in the sale. The hallway has cheap linoleum. It was almost brand new when I bought it but there are cracks inside my condo and outside due to earthquakes or poor workmanship since built. Roof leaks, gutter leaks, stains from leaks are all over, all you have to do is look up at Esperanza buildings. Stains on outside walls are the responsibility of owners. It’s outside and the cost to fix it should come out of monthly dues from owners. Nope, not our case, it’s individual’s responsibility. Now there are two brand new buildings and units are for sale. If they see the existing buildings with ugly stains on faded walls, cracks on walls, waterfalls from busted gutters, leaking roofs, do you think they will buy? These buildings are still in the new category, probably 5 years old. AMAIA kaya ko na is supposed to be for buyers that can afford a condo. I bought it because it is Ayala. But I’m quite disappointed. May be the net income of 5 billion pesos can be plowed back to better construction, better fixtures, and Ayala’s responsibility to fix broken gutters, leaks, and broken spouts. It seems Ayala needs to go back to the drawing board and redesign AMAIA to avoid broken gutters, broken spouts, leaky rooks, flat roofing where cement is pulverized from strong and massive pounding from the rain. The strainer under the sink creates a sewage smell even if it gets cleaned. It’s a nuisance…

In the Philipines if your last name is "Ayala" they will think that you are rich because your last name is "Ayala"
