Agree with the other comments. Right from the start we didn't seem to have the passion that Walsall had. Not saying we played badly just that we never seemed to match Walsall's desire to win balls and then attack. Enjoyable match despite the result. Some superb saves from Hinchliffe that prevented us shedding 5 or 6. Then again, we could have scored 3 or 4. Referee was pathetic in ignoring the time-wasting - funny how that stopped after we equalized but full credit to Walsall for going for the win when they could have sat back for a replay.

Good interview, can see he is frustrated like the fans are today, would of took them 3 points at Walsall over Christmas, than winning today, massive game Saturday now against Northampton, we owe them from playing at their place and losing 2-1, their time wasting and going down all the time was abysmal, let’s hammer 🔨 them 👊👊👊

Got to watch live on ESPN+ here in the USA. Unfortunately a defeat but on balance I think Walsall wanted it more. Blatant penalty prior to our equalizer. Great strike by paddy, tried to hang on at the end admirably but not complaints on the penalty to Walsall at the death. Let’s focus on bring more passion to the league 2 games. Thought Beardsley was a bit pedestrian?

Think Dave was spot on, we sat too deep, too much passing back. We didn't look like we wanted to win.That said the referee was diabolical, didn't stamp out their shirt tugging, holding players back etc. Hopefully we can clear the illness out of the team and let's move on, we just had a bad day.

The comments on here are unreal. The ref and linesman couldn’t have given Stockport anymore chances to get back in the game without wearing a blue shirt. A stone wall peno denied in the first half and a goal disallowed which was miles on side and ur moaning about some shirt pulling and time wasting. Unreal.., hand Jokers

Poor team selection. Bardsley very slow, need pace to attack on the right wing. Madden only coming on late poor choice.
