Self check-in is standard to our online proctoring offering, during which candidates check themselves in and run through ID authentication protocols using artificial intelligence.

Live monitoring is standard to our online proctoring offering. Candidates are monitored by a VUE-certified proctor via webcam and microphone during the exam. Exams are terminated immediately if prohibited behavior is detected.

Thanks for your tips Mark Anthony. I "tried" to pass the exam today but it was just awful, it took me several minutes to validate my ID, the app kept crashing and the icing on the cake was the proctor who asked me to film the "table" twice then stopped the test abruptly because "I didn't want to film the table" (which I had done, twice !!!). If you have the possibility to pass the exam in an exam center, go for it. Otherwise, prepare for a lot of pointless stress.

FYI: do not read the questions aloud, you will be dismissed without warning... when your dismissed, it looks like a technical error, the program becomes unresponsive. I gave the 800 # a call and waited 23 mins for a representative to answer and that's when I found out my test was forfeited for reading aloud. To me, this is the easiest way to create profits, majority of people read aloud or talk there way through a situation when reading. This is ludicrous and I will no longer use your exam services
