FACT: Indonesia has more than a thousand of different ethnic group, and each ethnic group has their own cultures, costumes, language.. most of indonesian use their own mother tongue on the daily basis, but Bahasa Indonesia is the official language, that makes Bahasa Indonesia be one of the biggest 'second-language' spoken in the world, well indonesian citizens is about 270 million, and most of indonesian are bilingual/trilingual including their own mother tongue, bahasa indonesia, and other languages

Why is the creature in the final scene not 'Garuda'? Why a Dragon?

The mythological creature in the last scene of 'Wonderland Indonesia' is a manifestation of Antaboga (Ontobugo) and Garuda.

In ancient Javanese puppetry, Antaboga is the king of snakes guarding the belly of the earth. The ruler of the 'underworld'.

The figure of Antaboga or Naga is attached to Javanese and Balinese culture. Usually found in gamelan carvings, gates and gates as a symbol of 'guardian'.

Physically, Antaboga is more like a dragon snake, but we develop it with the mighty combination of Garuda with its wings. As a symbol of the guardians of the upper and lower worlds.

And on the forehead there is the symbol 'Surya Majapahit' which means God Nawa Sanga. Nine guardian gods at each corner of the wind.

Why not Garuda with the results only? Garuda Pancasila is a national symbol that is certainly sensitive if fantasized in ancient times. Because the emblem of the country is protected by law.

That's a little fairy tale.

Regards #WonderlandIndonesia | Merdeka Berbudaya!

I think Raya movie can litte interpret it
