The reason why they look so advanced is because a ton of huge societal people groups whom built mega settlements are not considered civilization. Mostly due to no having state sanctioned buildings.

If the Annunaki were physical and had actions with humans then its possible that they had other interests too. Who knows? Maybe we are all a descendant of an Annunaki and a Human form? If we look in today's world you see something similar in each animal like they are coded and designed perfectly. The abnormality however, is in humans. Maybe we are the aliens?
