All I know is NONE of her teammates made any attempt to aid Caitlin or defend her. Boston stands out because she was right there. Says a lot about the team. I suspect they have a lot of their own jealousies to deal with and haven’t bonded with Clark as a teammate or a friend. Tough spot for Clark having to battle alone. At this point I have no respect for any of the Fever players. And it takes all the joy out of a much needed win. Let’s see where it goes from here.

Indiana fans should be upset, not just with Boston, but the whole team. That was just not a welcome to the league foul, it was a intent to hurt. It was a high level sucker punch . What ever happen to standing up for a teammate or we go to war together attitude. That incident says a lot about the entire team. If the Sky player is not suspended by the league, the Sky should sit her for 3-5 games and send her and the team a message. As for reese she is no more than Liz Cambage 2, and is just a matter of time before she ruins her BB career. She better be saving her earnings right now because eventually she will fall off the map. I also hope that Paige is watching all this because she will be in for much the same treatment next year.

I wonder what would happen if Caitlin Clark just stopped playing, walked away, gave back the Nike contract and gave a short speech on her treatment by the WNBA and it's players and officials and just wait until her contract expires and then go to another women's league. Caitlin Clark is being used as a punching bag by the opposing team and the referees are allowing it. Last game Caitlin was intentionally knocked to the ground, right in front of an official and the attacker only gets called for a foul. This is am unprovoked blindside attack and the referee only calls a foul?. For an unprovoked attack like this, a foul is not severe enough, the player should have been ejected from the game and the attack should be addressed by the WNBA for a possible suspension. This type of cheap shot should not be allowed and also the player who jumped off the bench to cheer this cheap shot foul should be penalized as well. This is Basketball not football, the players are not wearing pads for protection. This game is supposed to be played honorably as a professional sport, not as a war on a hardwood floor.
