DO YOU remember the Nissan Terrano? It comes from a time when SUVs were still a relatively new idea here, unlike now where if you throw a stone you'd hit an SUV.

Back then these things were geared (pun intended) more for the off-road, but still had a modicum of on-road manners, today however, it's reversed. SUVs are more for on-road use than the former, with maybe just a little bit of off-road prowess. This Terrano reminds me a lot of the two 4x4 that I've ever owned, a Ford Courier 4x4 and Suzuki Jimny SJ413 SWB,

The Nissan Terrano is from an old-skool time in the automotive world, hard as nails, a bona-fide 4x4 with high- and low-gearing, and very off-road capable. I'm very tempted!! :P

My father used to have this car, but terrano original bull bar is longer, and have tyre fairings each with terrano original spoiler at the back. I missed that car, going to buy one day and refurbish, super nice car

The interior and body is so nice. Hard to find one because old SUV people bought them as workhorse. Depending on the price. Off-road is another type of driving experience man. For rough terrain your mind is free.

So nice! There's something about the rugged old school 4x4 SUVs that captivates me. Defenders, Land Cruisers, Pajeros, Terranos, Isuzu Troopers! I have zero experience in Off Road and have no idea where to start. My daily is a Civic, and I hope one day to be able to learn more and own one of these.

Yay from me. Looking for a SUV and if this is in Penang, I would definitely have a go at it. The silhouette Terrano and Fontera are straight, boxy and simple but still attractive today.

It's a yay. Go ahead, make an offer. I think you already know originally Terrano came in 2 tone colour.. always silver at the lover half. Your example here is the lower spec one; the higher spec came with wider alloy wheels & rims than stock's steelies, wide wheel arch spats, wraparound chrome bull bar, hardcase spare tyre cover. Love the car-like interior n driving position. That boot carpet is original. I think i still have the original brochure of this car.
