Hmmm…I hate wearing “boots”….especially leather. They are just hot! IDC what brand….I only wear mine when burning up the slab on road trips or technical roads. 9 times out of 10 I wear Chuck Taylors. I’m not entirely sure but the “slow sliding” might be part of design.

I’d imagine I wouldn’t want my boot gripping the ground too much when my bike decides to throw me off the saddle.

I could be wrong though.
