Totally agree with your "interpretation" of the dividend cut at MPW. If I got it correctly they are supporting one of their renters in exchange for a stake in that company. (Stewart). I'm bullish on the long run for MPW but the road to higher stovk prices will be bumpy 🙊🤪

Good video glad you're doing well. I have a couple hundred shares of MPW and I'm down on it. Holding it for the long run and next year if there's no pop I might sell.

I am still Positive for MPW but I sold my shares as it is to far away from my purchase price to sell CC, (Cost not including all the puts I sold) I want to take advantage of the Tax loss then start selling puts again after 30 days to reestablish my position. I feel it will not change price much the rest of the year to the up side. It will be back over $10 late in 24 I believe Thanks for the update

Nice update 🎉…as always!! I never was a fan of MPW but I am more of a growth dividend investor although i do own some holdings for the yield but that is a small amount in relation to my overall portfolio.
