This also helps degrading gluten and makes it more digestible!!! If you have intolerance consider leave it in the fridge 48 hours at least ❤

I just do the secondary rise directly in a greased loaf pan and stick that straight in the oven

Do u ever leave it for longer to intensify the flavor? What's the optimal time for max sourdough flavor? My son is FANATICAL about sourdough. He had some last year that was much more pungent from a bakery than what's usually in the stores and asked if I could try to replicate it. Any tips?

I love everything about this BUT She put it in a target bag... A target bag! 🙈 That didn't seem sanitary even if you washed it there's so much possibly plus is it a good safe plastic & food safe dyes? I. Just. Can't. The name of this channel has healthy in it

Proofing basket? Fill us in! I've been wanting to make sourdough bread and use my new Dutch oven. I haven't made the bread because I thought it would take to long too. Tedious!

Anyone has ever tried used Einkorn flour in sourdough bread? I heard is the best flour and I tried once, the taste is phenomenal but it didn’t come out as great as my other attempts…
