In Turkish we have a saying that marriages are not between two person its are between families so when you really like someone its better to think twice or more. When you marry your lifes turns into 1. Our generations misses lots of points in dynamics of marriages. Love makes you girlfriend boyfriend but sometimes its not enough so its better to stay away before you regret but dont know what to do with ruined marriage and a child.

I am kazakh and I live with my European partner for 10 years. I've dated spanish and french guys previously and can say that foreigners also wouldn't just date any random girl. It's important for them to meet an opened minded person, who is self-sufficient and able to support herself financially and mainly not depend on him or anyone else. Unfortunately most of the kazakh girls would expect men to take care of them because of mentality and it's wild for my girlfriends back in Kazakhstan to hear that I pay everything 50/50 with my partner (food, utility bills, buy my own clothes/makeup). Another important fact is that nobody likes overweighted girls. They expect their significant one to workout, do sport and have certain lifestyle. I go often to hike with my bf or ride the mountain bike in the forest. We also go to gym together. Even though I was born and raised in Kazakstan, my mentality was often different. Just some things didn't make logical sense. I am perfectly fitting in Europe and I am happy that I moved out.

Thank you for this video. I'm an Asian-American (Filipino raised in USA) and am currently talking to a Kazakh girl. We've talked about if Interracial dating is ok in Kazakhstan and she says it's ok, but it seems that the older generation and especially the Kazakh men don't really like it when foreigners date Kazakh women. It seems its an uphill battle for me as it's not only that issue, but long distance is difficult as we haven't even met yet. Even though there are difficult barriers, I think she is a really special girl I would like to meet soon.
