In retrospect, after beginning as a baker many, many years ago your pans are the best on the market. Having the right equipment to cook with/in is vital and the skill for cooking will improve afterwards...

So I can pour any cake batter or cheesecake mixture and it will not leak out of the bottom? I recently purchased this brand pan 6x3 and have never used one before of this type.

This pan is nice but I worry about the sides of my cheesecake. In the springform pan, a bit of it gets stuck to the side, I fear the same will happen here but more will come off because you’re pushing up and not away like the springform pan.
