Little Anvil hand fabricates a range of standard sized steel shelf brackets that are available to order worldwide from our web-store, but are often asked to manufacture specific sizes for custom jobs. We're more than happy to help you with your next project.

We also offer a range of finishes to suit your design but are always open to testing new techniques, materials, patinas and colours if we don't have something that suits your design.

Our standard sized brackets are made from 6mm (1/4") thick x 40mm (1-9/16") hot rolled mild steel and suit 250mm and 300mm deep shelves. As a general rule of thumb, once your custom bracket reaches the 400mm / 15-3/4" deep mark, we look at increasing the thickness and width of steel to proportionally suit the job and provide an increased static weight rating. Adding a gusset is highly recommended when larger weight loads are planned to be held.

If you require some custom made brackets, contact us with your shelf dimensions and planned weight loads and we'll come back with a list of options and/or questions, and then provide you with a no-obligation dimensional drawing for approval.

Once the design is finalised we can issue an invoice and proceed with the job. Brackets generally take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to deliver, depending on current workload. Please ask us at the time of ordering about current lead times.
