I just came from the Ten Kate Market in Amsterdam and I found: “Jerusalem Artichoke” (Dutch: aardpeer)

👉🏽Here chef made Jerusalem Artichoke with lemon, garlic, pepper and “belper knolle” cheese 🤩

✅FUN FACT: Jerusalem artichoke is categorized as “forgotten vegatable”

🤔What does it taste like?
It has a mild, sweet flavor reminiscent of artichokes and is crunchy!

🤯When very fresh, they can be eaten raw (crispy!)
