subject can be a person, a place, a bussniss..whatever..

So you imagine the subject infront of you ... bring all the feelings what you have for that subject ...
then you tell its time to FREE YOU AND TO FREE MYSELF FROM YOU ..
Then you pass your hand from up till down between you and the subject, as you are closing the energy exchanged between you both...
pass your hand more times, and with THE INTENTION TO CLOSE IT, till you feel more light on you about that subject ...

you will sleep after that longly and deeply and you will probably feely not easy to wake up ...DONT WORRY, its just your subconciounce trying to update itsself after cleaning all the subjects what you decided to clean ..
