Welcome! Today, we are heading to our Whole Foods and then to Costco! We are loading up on everything we need for a week, plus some at Whole Foods and Costco.

I am currently following a balanced diet for my hormones (keto, animal-based diet), but my family is not, so there is lots of variety in this video!

Avocado Toast and Eggs with sauteed spinach
Greek yogurt with chia, hemp seeds, berries, and almond butter
Cottage cheese with banana slices and chopped walnuts

In south africa lots of people also eat the leaves of the beetroot and it delicious. Was it and cut fine for salads or steam like spinach 😊

I’m watching from South Mississippi! It’s very warm and very humid. But beautiful, the azaleas are blooming. The trees have some green leaves. I think my husband has mowed the grass twice already. Wildflowers everywhere.
Love watching your grocery hauls. Love seeing your meals as well. I’ve learned a lot. I’m trying to make some small changes where I can. I have a very resistant husband. But he is doing better.
