A quick question regarding migrant workers.

You must be familiar with a section while applying for sponsorship license online called * Are you recruiting any migrant workers now or students*
My employer has selected No. Actually I am in PSW as well and my employer wants to sponsor me.
But I have a doubt as my employer thinks I’m a graduate not migrant worker.

Can you please assist to select the right option for the question * Are you recruiting any migrant worker*

For new entrant, can you please clarify that a person should be 26 yrs and recent graduate or only recent graduate can be accepted like I am 30 years old and recently graduated as Masters in International Business and working with salary less than 26200.

, I applied for a student dependent AR on the 2nd of December 2022, decision overturned June 12 2023 payed additional IHS June 15 2023 and I submitted my passport with a copy of my overturned decision letter even without receiving passport submission mail on Monday, July 24th 2023 at the VAC..is over 2 months and 3 weeks and I'm yet to receive any update as to when I will get my passport back. Have done so many paid mail/calls but the UKVI contact centre isn't helpful and just gives generic answers while refusing to escalate to the appropriate quarters. My AR process has taken approximately 10months.. Please could you kindly give details on the processing time for visas after a successful administrative review..Should I be worried ??pls I need your professional advice

Sir I’m applying for care worker visa by 18th October.. In my CoS my employer has mentioned as ‘NO’ for ‘Will they be travelling with you?’ But my husband will be applying for dependant visa soon after my visa approval.. Should he mention that he will be travelling with me or travelling after me in his visa application! What appropriate option would be pleasing? Kindly advice..
