Not having finished watching the video I can already see the spectacular result and amazing content. Thank you. I was wondering if CSA was a thing in Portugal (currently living in Paredes with 1.5 really steeped and fertile acre olive farm in Vieira do Minho) and CSA farming is a thing I would like to see more in Portugal, especially in this regenerative format like Jean Martin Fortiet does.

Great episode! Why do you cover the pan with bakingpaper and not using a lid?

Thank you guys, happy to visit and understand that market works in Portugal, I always wonder if weekly markets in towns are run by farmers or resellers, it used to be a problem with resellers at the markets we work.

How much land you recommend to run a small farm having rototiller and tractor?
