I've been on other brands of auto-belays before, and tried yours recently for the first time at my local climbing gym, Boulders Climbing Center, in Harker Heights, TX. The fall was very smooth, and enjoyable.

One tip I would recommend before you remove the belay gate attache it to your harness then remove the gate so you don’t lose the carabiner like I did lol

i feel like if your a overweight climber the auto belay is very terrifying. it lowers you faster than a light weight climber would. having a hard time trusting it. been downclimbing lol

Common accident I've seen with auto belay. Start climbing with no skills, grab one hold, grab the rope with the other hand, pull down, get slack, fall down, hit the flor.
