Gloria Estefan reacts to recently receiving the Billboard Latin Women in Music Legend Award, and reflects on her journey of healing in the wake of her 1990 tour bus accident. Gloria also dishes on how she created "Coming Out of the Dark" as a big thank you to everyone who supported her after the accident, and shares how she is helping raise funds to find a cure for paralysis through her work with The Miami Project.

Gloria Estefan, What a star!!
I have seen the musical “Get on your feet” several times which gives a great, emotional insight into her life story. She has done and achieved what most of us can only dream of and admire, meanwhile entertaining millions of people across the world with her fabulous music!

I have been to Miami many times but unfortunately without seeing or meeting this incredible woman. I hope to succeed in January if she is around! If there is anybody that can give her a call to say that my wife and I are on the way then that would be great! 😀
