Bro please help me so i installed windows 11 before resetting my pc (didnt keep my files) and now im stuck on the login thingy and when i do the shift f5 thing it just says “your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device click to set up your PIN again” and when i click it it still says the “user profile service failed the sign in” plssss help

When I drag up, I see my windows login picture and the spinning wheel as if I have already input login but I haven't. The rest of the screen is blurred out and when the wheel stops spinning, it kicks me back to the clock screen. I am unable to shift/click on power (takes me through the same loop). Any ideas. I can't find a way to boot in safe mode other than what you described (and I am unable to shift/click on power...sometimes I don't even see the power icon yo click). Any thoughts?

After hitting F5 it goes back to the "Sign In" screen for me...welp, time to keep searching for a fix...😢

THIS WORKS!
It may take a while to get past the preparing windows screen but just be patient and follow the steps. Everything went back to normal and not a single thing is out of place on my desktop.
