Respectfully, that first team only works for two reasons: One, because of enemy Celeste and no Heidi, and two, because the enemy doesn't have Khorus team pet, but Merlin instead, who helps Isaac further. I don't know what your server looks like, but atleast on my server, I have never seen this combination on an Amira team, and it is BECAUSE it is stopped hard by Isaac. Most teams will use Khorus team pet to block stuns and silence, and no Celeste, to minimize any output by Isaac. Amira would also actually counter all those heroes because she blocks critical hits, making them do almost no damage for a long while. Also, Lara Croft doesn't do a lot of damage to the midline! She only has that one ability with a stun, and it barely does any damage. Lara is more of a tank/frontline destroyer with some support abilities. If you watch the battle, the only reason she is doing any damage to the midline is because Rufus is resurrecting from Sebastians pure damage. So saying Lara is a good midline attacker is completely false! I would not recommend people to build this line specifically to counter Amira/Heidi lines! I would however recommend leveling them for other uses, like Osh or to use against other teams that don't block critical hits. Lara Croft is actually an amazing Rufus-counter on mage teams when you don't have access to Morrigan, like CoW. Her rapid attacks and high/guaranteed crit rate is a near-guaranteed removed Rufus as long as she stays alive long enough. So all three are great heroes that you either build teams around, or swap in when you need to counter something specific.

Well the Amira teams shown are sub-par and especially the first one is easily countered by Isaac because it has Celeste. How about the actual strong meta team with Amira, Nebula and Heidi?

I don't see Amira on my server except very occasionally in adventures, and I am one of the very few who not only has Lara, but has her levelled up to any extent. What I do see is a lot of Rufus / Heidi / Dante / Yasmine (+1 usually Martha, Thea or Celeste but sometimes Fafnir) teams - and this seems to be replicated across the COW guilds we face - I don't think I've actually seen a guild with a team using Amira outside your videos
