You can’t buy a house in Australia for 400k for that amount of money you can get a Studio Bed Sit in Sydney and a one bedroom apartment in other capital cities. I believe the average price for a house in Australia is over 1 million

There needs to be a way to stop financial lawfare. The poorest person on the street should have the same level and class of representation as the largest corporation.

Can you comment on if lawyers will charge less to the client than they will cliam. E.g., Karl lawyers saying we will charge you less because we know you are having problems, but charge BM the full amount.

When the case is aganist the government this make more sense since they will pay, .but with BM who knows. Also if BM does not pay, does Karl.still need to pay if anything is outstanding?

Both estimates and election pledges need to be legally binding. If you say it will cost estimated 200k, that should be a legal cap, and the risk should be on the company/party if the reality is different. This should be built into every contract regardless of whether it is hourly or fixed.

wouldn't a flat fee incentivize the lawyers to rush the lawsuit?
still BS though

Don't know about Australia but flat fees and no cure no pay isn't legal everywhere. It can lead to lawyers cherry picking easy cases and pricing out people with harder cases. The no cure no pay ban is usually argued that it causes the minimum amount of effort to be classified as a win, not giving the client the fullest extend of compensation.. all of these arguments are doubtful but that's how it is here at least.

If Billy Mitchel would stop crying and play Donkey like he is known for he would at this point be the best DK player in the world. But instead he googles his name and cries like a 4 year old about Karl. Such a whiney cry baby. I hope so much he loses.

He should have been satisfied with his W List celebrity status he had for playing old Dinosaur arcade games that are not even a niche realy its a micro niche and he acts like its Fantasy Football or something relevant . No body realy even cares about old relic scores and people have beaten him many times anyway over the past 20 years. Apollo *Exposed* Billy on such a massive level Billy cried and went after him. So i kind of agree with Karl to an extent.

I really don't understand the US judge system. You can just buy the win. That's freakin Maffioso-style. There should be no costs at all, and the entirety of law should simply be taxed on the entire society (Like in normal country's). Can't understand how anyone can use words like 'legal', 'judge', 'fair' etc. when this system is run like an outlaw gang. Beyond ridiculous.
