1. Breakfast for - hot milk one cup and 1 spoons honey 10 pieces badam and oats, banana, 2 egg
2. Mid morning
100 gram buna chana
50 gram peanuts
3. 3 roti ya rice daal, paneer, egg only white part salent
4.workout before 2 hour
Brown bread with butter (alpino)
5. 6-8 ubale huee egg ya aalu banana
6. Dinner
Rice, daal, shaled paneer, 100gram

Mid morning snack
1- 100 gm channa + 100gm peanut

Lunch
1-Rice+lintel + salad + 6 egg or 100gm paneer

Pre work out meal
1-4 slice brown bread with 32gm peanut butter

post work out meal
1-6-8 egg boiled
2- two banana or boiled potatoes

Dinner
1-Rice + lintel + salad
2- paneer
