Can you please make a video showing how to pick up dropped stitches -- one knit in row below and one knit two together with long strand. Also, I tried using a lifeline because I was becoming confused and couldn't sometime identify the stitches. How to identify the stitches to get in track in the pattern -- that would help me so much! Thank you!

Darling I am so unsure of which stitch to knit below etc.. when i put down my work . How do you identify each stitch to make sure your not making errors? I have been obsessed with squishy patterns
