And here we are! After 4 years of worldwide selections, 3,500 participants and hundreds of events, 32 gelato artisans from around the globe will compete at the Gelato Festival World Masters Grand Finale!
Tune in on December 1st at 11:00 am CET for the technical evaluation of the first 8 finalists (GROUP 1).

1 - AUSTRALIA - John Crowl of Cow and the Moon Gelateria in Sydney with the flavor "Pannacotta, poached strawberries and balsamic vinegar"
2 - JAPAN - Keisuke Katayama of Arima Gelateria Stagione in Kobe (Hyogo prefecture) with the flavor "Salted mascarpone and amazake with hint of Kumquat"
3 - JAPAN - Aiko Matsumoto of Gelateria Santi in Kamakura (Kanagawa prefecture) with the flavor "Rosemary honey with candied nuts"
4 - JAPAN - Hidenobu Yamamoto of Gelato Daigozakura in Okayama with the flavor "Japanese forest-scented fiordilatte (with kuromoji)"
5 - SAUDI ARABIA - Mohamad Majd Tabbakh of Yamama Gelato in Riyadh with the flavor "Cardamon & Saffron"
6 - SPAIN - Carlo Guerriero of La Cremeria Gelato Italiano in Cádiz with the flavor "Cremoso al Vino Oloroso²"
7 - SPAIN - Fernando Alberdi of the Dona Doni Gelateria in Getaria with the flavor "Mango Ezpeleta"
8 - THAILAND - Marina Jonglertjesdawong of TIFTEC - Culinary School with the flavor "Happy Childhood Memories (from root to table)”
