Plus Batman's greatest tool (other than plot armor and prep time) is stealth assuming this is just a random encounter Batman will mostly rely on stealth. Spiderman's Spider Sense counters all stealth and almost anything Batman can throw at him.

Spiderman couldn’t even fight a villain for 12 hours. He was exhausted and tired and couldn’t move. Batman went on a villain gauntlet and fought for like 40+ hours or 70+ hours don’t remember but Batman still has more endurance he’s peak human
