I saw Eric give a talk about this at GDC a few years ago. At the end, he received a standing ovation for around 2 minutes and he was completely blown away by the response. A really humble, extremely talented and absolutely genuine person.

I'm 43. I've just bought this game for PS4. My kids flipped on it! I just loved when I first played on my 386 PC, a lot of years ago. One of the best ever games. And now, I've fount this... waaaay ahead of it's time.

I played this game in 1993, when I was 14. Éric had the vision, the proper skills and tools to make this game from an idea. I hope he had made lot of money.

The vibe of this game is unearthly.30 years ago, I was only 7 years old but I remember exactly that strange sensation.It was one of my first games on pc, still play it sometimes :)

One of the best games ever made and my first sci fi experience in anything. This really created a sense of a new world with no talking at all. It had both intrigue and dread at the same time. This game is flawless

I remember seeing this and playing it for the first time in 1992 or 93 I believe and I instantly said to myself, "this game has the best grapghics i've ever seen" !! Ahead of its time for sure.
