Intel "relaxed" for years because of no competition, they also F us with prices (remember a year and a half ago when a top Intel CPU was almost $2k?). In contrast look at Nvidia, they also had no competition but they keep pushing forward and they are in a much better position to face tank Big Navi.

Competition is great for the consumer :)

At least AMD kickstarted the entire competition to make Intel way more competitive than before.

If there is no AMD, Intel would still be stuck at 14nm++++ & only 4 cores on their High-End CPUs

Intel Failed The 11 gen processor with Xe graphics. It only has 4 cores. While AMD has 8 core processor. AMD still beats intel in multi core benchmark
