as a korean, i usually twirl the chopsticks when i feel lazy so it wraps into a ball. also halmoni’s naengmyeon is the best.

That’s why Koreans use scissors to cut it up a few times before eating it because the noodles are very bouncy but firm so it’s hard to chew it off if it’s too long 😅

The trick to eating them without cutting the noodles is to take smaller portions with your chopsticks. You can often also cut them before starting to eat so that the noodles are a more manageable length.
