So my parents 75in hisense tv says not connected when they turn on tv first time for the day and won't work, but if they power cycle the tv it will work the rest of the day, it only says not connected first time turning on and if you go into wifi settings it won't connect until you cycle tv

To be honest, the tv is faulty by the very fact it can't ascertain which devices are using what and not allowing for manual band selection or even a 5ghz network mode. Why should anybody have to go through this process everytime? I am hoping to get a wired connection soon because this is the sort of madness that drove Van Gogh to cut off his own ear.
