The problem with NVDA is that just this year they have now add 190 billion to the market cap and are trading at around a P/E of 90. The way they are supposed to be a big part of AI is through high powered GPU's. Well they would need to sell 19 million of their highest GPU's just to get the P/E to 50 at the current price. Just for reference that's 58% more then all companies selling GPU's in 2021 at the height of crypto mining. I do like the company but I have a buy target between 135 and 120 for the long term. I think it will be 6-10 years before we see the P/E catch up and growth to be there to match the MSFT and GOOGL's.
