My husband took a 300 mg one and ended up in the ER via life squad. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. He was projectile vomiting, completely in a panic and saying his chest hurt and he was going to die. He said he will never take another one again.

NOTE: ingesting/ inhaling cannabis can be dangerous. i used to smoke bud all the time, now it gives me tachycardia (too fast of heart rate) one time my heart rate got up to 170 bpm. i was SO stupid not to call an ambulance; I could have gone into cardiac arrest and died at the age of 18! (it was not laced, it still happens to me now 3 yrs later)
SYMPTOMS include: fast resting heart rate, light headedness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, nausea and vomiting, going pale, getting cold/ jittery, etc..
SOLUTIONS: sit down, drink a glass of water, take deep breaths, try not to freak out, watch something familiar/ comforting.
** IF YOUR HEART RATE IS 100BPM OR MORE SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION
-open stop watch on your phone, find pulse on your neck, count how many times you feel your pulse for 15 seconds, multiply that number by 4. more than 100 beats per minute (BPM) seek medical attention. I hope this helps <3
