Pharaoh comes from Para ah (not sure if spelling but phonetically correct) which means 'white house'. Another Ancient Egyptian tradition carried to present day. It was my understanding that the Pharaohs birth name was closely guarded as to know someone's name was to have power over him. They even had a story about this about Isis and her father Ra. The first born of the main wife was the successor to Pharaoh, right? Main wife was usually the female in the royal family. Succession ran through the female not male.

I think the timelines are based on, guessing . The quality in vases and statues from pre-dynasts were of a much higher quality so that it seems as if the later works of art by the famous dynasty tried to copy this, even now, I guess we should look at all this much more closely, but it always remains guess at . So we don't know.

This is very illuminating for me, because it is the first time I hear for Narmer. In my high school books, the only pharaoh that was mentioned for uniting the lower and the upper Egypt is Menes. I guess the book authors were too lazy to update their knowledge about history of Egypt. Also, I forgot to mention that I have just finished the high school so those books are relatively new, and are still in used in schools in my country (Serbia).
And, by the way, this is probably my favorite channel on youtube. :)

Okay this Pharoah did start with the Sun God but he discovered the true Spirit of YAH who we call Jehovah today, He loved Jehovah and repented of his deeds, his hope was the truth would be acceptable to Egypt and it's religious leaders . It was not .this is the truth .😉
